Our Products
Our core product is high density bales of PET, our product includes labels, collars and caps
80% of our material is sourced from within 5km of the Ocean, with the balance collected from within 10km of the Ocean.
Sorting and Quality control are performed manually, and due to providing our pickers and employees with incentives to achieve excellence, we estimate 95% of our material consists of our target material PET. None of our bottles are derived from a domestic mixed curbside collection scheme.
The majority of our product consists of clear and light blue PET water bottles
Quality Control
All PET materials undergo 3 layers of sorting and quality control screening before being baled
Process 1
Deliveries from our collectors can include unwanted materials, all materials are quality checked on arrival. Non PET materials are separated out, the material is then passed to our core sorting team.
Process 2
Our core sorting team are experienced at rapidly recognizing and removing any Non PET materials that were not intercepted by our arrivals sorting process.
Process 3
Additional quality control specialists work at our heavy duty conveyor, diligently removing any unwanted materials that may have passed our first 2 processes
